Whether you have a quick question, want to discuss your child's progress, or simply need reassurance, we're here to listen and support you-everyday.

Drop-Off & Collection

For the safety, security, and comfort of all children, parents and carers are kindly asked to drop off and collect their child at the nursery entrance. This approach helps us maintain a calm, consistent, and nurturing environment inside the rooms, minimizing disruption during key learning times and care.

Settling In

We understand that starting nursery is a big milestone-for both children and their families. That's why we offer a gentle, flexible settling-in process tailored to each child's individual needs.

Pre-start Visits

Before your child's official start date, we'll arrange short, informal visits to help them become familiar with our staff, environment, and daily routine. This also gives you a chance to ask questions and share important information about your child.

 

Partnership with Parents

We work closely with you to ensure your child's transition feels safe and supported.

 

Gradual Transitions

We may suggest shorter initial sessions, gradually increasing the time your child spends with us. This gives them the chance to build confidence at their own pace.

 

Reassurance and Care

Our caring team offers comfort, attention, and consistency to help your child settle in. We'll also keep you updated on how they're doing with messages, photos, or a quick chat at the door. Every child is different-some settle quickly, while others may need a little more time. Whatever your child's pace, we're here to make this transition as smooth and positive and possible.
